Yin-Yang Yoga
Every Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
Yin-Yang Yoga is a beginner-friendly class that blends movement with deep relaxation. We begin with an energizing vinyasa-style flow to build strength, balance, and breath awareness. The second half of class slows down into grounding yin poses held for longer periods to support flexibility and release tension. You’ll leave feeling both activated and deeply restored.

This unique experience blends Yin Yoga, acupuncture, and sound healing into one deeply restorative evening. We begin with a 60-minute Yin Yoga session to open the body’s energetic channels. While resting in Savasana, you’ll receive acupuncture, followed by a gentle sound healing to seal the experience.

A gathering where you can simply come as you are! This is a meaningful space for us to share, feel inspired, learn, grow, and to have fun while building real friendships with other women.
Here’s what to expect:
We’ll meet once a month at Blue Nest Retreat Center in Chester Springs on Saturday evenings, 6–8:30 PM, for six months.
Each Women's Circle has a different theme.
April 25, 2026: Opening Circle: Cacao and Connection We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and then spend time getting to know each person in the circle through authentic relating practices.
May 23, 2026: Maiden, Mother, and Wise Elder
Learn practical and mystical ways of taking care of our bodies through every phase of life by unveiling secrets of self care practices.
June 27th: Creative Manifestation Night
In this soulful evening, we will start with a guided meditation to meet the best version of ourselves in a future timeline. We journal about who she is, what she is surrounded by and more. Then we anchor that vision into our present day reality by translating our desires into images and art. Set to our collaborative playlist from our circle, this night blends creativity with a sprinkle of magic.
July 25th, 2026: Emotional Alchemy
A guided somatic experience where we alchemize anger, grief, and sadness through movement and breath.
August 22, 2026: Money Matters – Healing Our Relationship with Money
A safe, empowering space to explore and transform your money story, opening up to abundance and self-worth.
September 12, 2026: Closing Circle Reflect on our journey and close the circle with gratitude and excitement for what's next!

This is a small group setting limited to 10 people.
Once you join, you will become a Founding Members and can remain a member as long as you like.

In addition to receiving regular treatments, you’ll be part of a shared experience where you can learn, reflect, and connect with others. Cara will also share insights from over 20 years of clinical experience to help you work with the energy of the season so you can feel more energized, more alive, and more healthy.

This is ideal if you’ve been meaning to come in consistently but haven’t made the time.

What if I need to miss one of the sessions? That’s totally fine. Life happens. This is a membership fee so you can come as often as you like.
Can I schedule my acupuncture sessions anytime?
No, semi-private acupuncture is always held on Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Are the treatments held at Blue Nest Acupuncture?
We will meet in the upstairs space Blue Nest Retreat Center (right above the acupuncture clinic). There are comfortable zero gravity reclining chairs and blankets.
What kinds of things can acupuncture treat?
Most people come to acupuncture for fertility, hormone balancing, stress relief, headaches, trouble sleeping, weight loss, pain, and preventative care.
